1/ Trainee, Sales Effectiveness


  1. Commercial
  • Support to prepare proposal as brief based on client’s business objectives (mainly focus on gathering information/data to input on the proposal, format the proposal as Nielsen standard)
  • Co-ordinate with team admin on contract, revenue forecasting, liquidation and invoice
  1. Project Management
  • Gather information from internal teams and external sources (clients), relating to the Project.
  • Work closely with operation team to execute projects smoothly, underline manager’s direction.
  • Data analysis & report (Update accurate data, do charting, update info etc.)


  • University degree.
  • Have a strong interest in analytics, consulting and project management
  • Have an eager to learn new thing, accept the challenges with positive attitude
  • Have background related to business
  • Logical thinking
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Good at time management (be able to handle multi-task)
  • Good communication in English both written and spoken
  • Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months

2/ Trainee, Client Support Center 


Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Client Servicing

  • Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company’s quality standards
  • Provide “in office” research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
  • Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc
  • Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards

Functional/ Technical

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
  • Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
  • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility


  • A/ BS Required
  • Good at data analysis.
  • Ability to listen and understand the client
  • Customer service skill
  • Ability to do multiple, complex tasks
  • Working time: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, in 6 months

3/ Trainee, Consumer Insights


  • Participate proactively in the Nielsen training program
  • Assist the team on day-to-day tasks for client requirement and project management
  • Deliver monthly research reports to clients and ensure their accuracy
  • Support the team in ad-hoc analysis and quarterly performance review to assist client’s business
  • Comply with financial requirements such as contract, liquidation, proposal…


  • Fresh graduated from universities;
  • Curious and interested in exploring big data
  • Fast learning
  • Good sense of numeric and logical thinking;
  • Good communication and presentation skill in both English and Vietnamese
  • Interested in people engagement
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Competent in Excel and Power Point
  • Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months
